      The Babolat Pure Drive Roddick GT is the new intermediate player’s racket.  The new GT technology gives the racket a greater feel than previous models.  This racket was created for heavy hitters who like to use a lot of pace on the ball.  With its Cortex technology, the Pure Drive Roddick GT with also block vibration from reaching the player’s arm. 

     Weighing 11.1 ounces unstrung, the racket is a little on the heavy end, but is head light allowing for a faster swing.  It has a bigger frame allowing for a bigger sweetspot creating more power shots.  This racket is good for players playing at a 4.5 or higher level.
